WestFest Beginnings 2009...

WestFest in September 2009 was the first of hopefully many successful collaborations between the independent businesses of West Didsbury. The aim of the festival was to showcase what we have to offer and keep money & trade within our local economy - think we can safely say, aim achieved! Such was the buzz in the area and the great time had by all last year that we did again in 2010, and now we're doing it all again on 3rd and 4th September 2011.

Burton Road & Lapwing Lane (not forgetting Nell Lane's Thyme Out Deli) are full of unique, quirky and interesting businesses. We really do have everything on our doorstep - stroll around West Didsbury and whatever you need, you can get it here. Don't just take our word for it - join us for WestFest!
